We get it—sometimes things don’t go as planned (like when the piñata refuses to break). Here’s how we handle returns:

• Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for unused, unopened items in their original packaging. (If it’s been opened or used, we can’t take it back—sorry!)
• Return Process: Email us at [support email] with your order number and reason for return. We’ll send you a return authorization and instructions.
• Refunds: Once we receive your return, we’ll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
• Return Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective. (In that case, we’ll cover it—our bad!)
• Exchanges: Need a different item? Let us know, and we’ll help you swap it out.
